Well Done Moving

There was a lot of confusion from the day they loaded to delivery. On the day of scheduled loading, they first thought they were only packing. I told them I had boxed everything. they did get another truck and were successful at getting everything loaded. they were polite and respectful of the property and residence. The delivery date was changed which meant we had to wait longer for our household goods. On the day of delivery, the driver did a walk through with his crew. He explained the proces s for delivery. He was polite and helpful. His crew worked hard and were all very polite. There was damage to the walls from the first floor to the second floor as well as minimal damage to a couple of pieces of furniture. the driver was made aware of this and explained to me how to file the claim. National Van Lines took care of the damage and provided compensation for the delayed delivery. No move from California to Virgina is going to happen without a few glitches. I am happy with the overa ll service provided.

What an amazing experience! We are active duty military and have moved several times across the country, and have had several movers. Most of them have been fairly good, but this moving company takes the crown. From the first time I called and spoke to Lindsay (who was very friendly and professional), to the movers themselves, it was a “no worries” experience. The movers asked questions about certain items when they needed to, and were always very professional. They treated our stuff as if it was their own.
